We like to think of DeWitt-Lopez Law as a different kind of law firm, and we know that you're different too.  You and your family are unique.  We don't have a "one size fits all" mentality, instead we're committed to tailoring your experience to fit you and your family.

We founded the firm with family and community in mind.  Our clients are our neighbors and our friends.  We are focused on families, and handle all Family Court matters (Divorce, Legal Decision-Making/Custody, Parenting Time/Visitation and Child Support) along with various matters in Juvenile Court and Probate Court.   We offer Full and Limited Scope (unbundled) Representation, Advice Sessions and Legal Coaching.

We love to see our clients face to face, but realize that doesn't work for everyone.  We can set up time to meet in person or remotely, via phone, email or video chat.

We believe that people of all income levels deserve quality representation.  We will create a payment plan that works for you. We do not require a retainer and most clients are able to pay as they go rather than paying a large advance fee.  We accept all major credit cards and e-checks and for clients who qualify, we provide services on a sliding scale basis.
